| This necklace, bracelet and earring set reminds me of a Caribbean vacation! The AB finish on the vintage beads combines beautifully with the colors and patterns in the furnace glass beads. The colors, textures and finishes on the different beads flow together like a beautiful Caribbean sea. For this beautiful, one of a kind set, I used handmade furnace glass beads in shades of blue and green, in a variety of shapes and designs. To add interest and texture, I found some vintage glass beads in the same blue and green tones that coordinate beautifully with the furnace glass beads. Each glass bead is separated with 6mm sterling silver beads. I used nylon coated multi strand wire for beading. This wire is very flexible and wraps easily and hangs nicely, and provides strength and durability to the pieces. The necklace is finished with a large sterling silver "S" clasp, and the bracelet has a small sterling silver hook and eye clasp. The charm dangle that hangs from the bracelet clasp was hand wired on a sterling silver head pin, as were the earrings. Earrings have sterling silver ear wires, which I can convert to screw back if you prefer. Necklace measures just under 24 inches long. The necklace is a convertible piece that can also be worn as a triple strand wrap bracelet, so its almost like you are getting a bonus piece when you buy this set! Bracelet measures 8 inches long, and I can shorten or lengthen (no extra charge) if necessary after the auction. The earrings measure 2 inches long |
